At first these felt comfortable, like okay maybe they’re going to work, but then my eyes started feeling dry again way sooner than I expected. I don’t know, maybe I was hoping for more because of the price, but it just didn’t really hold moisture long enough for me.

I was hoping these would help with my dry eyes overnight, and to be fair they seem like they’d be useful for someone without much else on their face. But with my CPAP mask, they just don’t sit right. They kept shifting around and sometimes messed with the seal, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Nice idea, just not great for my setup.

I tried this for my dry eyes during the day. It felt good at first and gave me a little relief, but it wore off really fast for me. I was hoping it would last longer...

I actually like the product well enough, but wow, trying to get replacement parts has been way more annoying than it needs to be. I couldn’t find the part I needed on the website, then had to start emailing around just to figure out what to do. For what this thing costs, ordering parts should be simple. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely frustrating.

The site technically works, and I was able to check out, but it felt clunky along the way. Checkout took longer than I expected, and a few parts made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of just guided through the process. Not terrible, but definitely not a smooth experience

I ordered my usual size, but it wasn’t even close to fitting. It was way too tight and basically useless for me. The sizing info didn’t help at all, which was really annoying. I expected a better fit, but this was just the disappointment

I couldnt wear these for more than a few minutes before my eyes started hurting. They just didnt work for me.

I bought these after my eye surgery so I wouldn’t rub my eye while sleeping. They did work good for that, and felt a lot safer than the cheap little shield the clinic gave me. The fit was a bit weird on my face though, and the strap started bothering me after a while. Shipping was okay, not super fast or anything. Overall it done the job, just wish it was more comfortable.

I got these from eyeeco, and from what I remember, the fit was okay most of the time once I got them positioned right. I tend to forget the little annoyances when something mostly works, but then after wearing them a while, I’d notice that pressure around my nose and face again.
The adjustability definitely helps, though I do wish there was a little more room to fine-tune them. They’re not terrible or anything, but I feel like I have to mess with them each time to get comfortable. I’d give them 3 stars because they do the job, just not as easily as I hoped.

I really wanted this to last longer, but it started falling apart after just a few uses. Frustrating, especially because the wording makes it seem like it should be reusable, but then there are all these little policy loopholes that make it hard to actually do anything about it once it fails

I wanted to like this sleep mask, but it just didn’t do much for me. It felt a bit stiff right out of the package, and I’d guess it only blocked maybe 60–70% of the light, not enough to actually help me sleep better.

It also kept shifting around during the night, so I woke up a couple of times annoyed and had to readjust it. For around the price I paid, I expected something more comfortable and reliable. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I only used it a few times before it broke, and it just feels really cheaply made. Now I’m kind of stuck with it and frustrated that it didn’t last longer.

I had to do an exchange, and it wasn’t no hassle. The return part was okay, and the exchange went through easily.

I picked up one of their eye masks because it sounded like it was supposed to be good quality and last a while, but that was vague marketing more than anything. After just a few uses, the stitching started coming loose and the fabric already felt worn out. I wasn’t tossing it around or washing it harshly either, so it’s not like I was rough on it. For what it cost, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I ordered from Eye Eco and overall the products were fine. Nothing showed up damaged, everything worked like it was supposed to, and I didn’t have any major issues. Decent.

That said, for the price, I was expecting a bit more. It’s not that the products are bad, because they’re not, but they didn’t really feel like an amazing deal either. Meh.

Shipping was okay, and the website was easy to use, so no complaints there. I’d probably consider ordering again if there was a sale, but at full price it feels a little steep. Pricey.

The material feels okay overall , but it’s a little rougher than I expected . It’s not terrible , just not quite as soft or comfy as I was hoping for .

I bought this from Eye Eco thinking it would be easy to keep clean, but it’s been frustrating. The edges get gunky really quickly, and it takes way longer than it should to wash everything out. My sister even tried helping me clean it once and said the same thing, it’s just kind of annoying to deal with every day

I placed my order thinking it would be straightforward, but I barely got any updates the whole time. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to customer service, they didn’t really do much to help. i regret ordering from here and don’t think I’ll be doing it again.

I don’t even know what happened here, but the box showed up completely smashed like it had been through a full-on wrestling match. The packaging was super flimsy, and everything inside looked like it had just been thrown in there with zero care. i was half expecting confetti and broken pieces to fall out when I opened it.
